Certified 5k run and 2 mile Family Fun Walk to benefit Wisconsin Ovarian Cancer Alliance(WOCA), in memory of Nancy Niese. Will be at the Milwaukee County Spoorts Complex in Franklin along the new, beautiful Oak Leaf Trial. There will be a Kids are with free games, Live music, a lunch, t-shirts, and loads of fun for a great cause. Tell your family and friends to come out!

Swim

Where: 

None currently.  Pool workouts will start sometime in October.

Bike

Where:

Saturday mornings: SW YMCA ride, 8:23am  (This is an unsupported ride)

Tuesday night: Lannon Park 6:00pm  (LAST RIDE - AUGUST 26th)

Thursday night ride: 6:00pm, Wheel and Sprocket Northshore (LAST RIDE - AUGUST 28th)

Where:

Wednesday 6:00 pm Track practices at Hart Park. (LAST WORKOUT - AUGUST 27th)
