Scheduled Workouts
Swim Where: Nicolet High School, Glendale 7:00pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays, until May 29th. Cost: $2.00 per workout. Locker use available, bring towel, soap and lock. Workout structure is available for ALL LEVELS of swimmers.	Bike Where: Saturday mornings: SW YMCA ride, 8:23am (This is an unsupported ride) Tuesday night Lannon and North Shore rides start 4/15/08. THursday ladies night rides start 4/15/08, alternating weekly between Hansen Park and Lake Park.	Run Where: Wednesday 6:00 pm Track practices at Hart Park.
