Saturday morning bike rides from the Southwest YMCA parking lot - wheels out at 8:23am. Queue sheets are available on this web site by clicking here, and maps are available below. Please note: unlike some of the other rides, there is no designated 'trailer' who will be staying back with the last rider. If you are unfamiliar with the routes, you may want to make sure that you have a riding companion. Courses: Pick the appropriate course for your ability and training plan. Start sensibly so you can complete the ride while challenging yourself yet not destroying your enthusiasm and/or confidence (we'd like to see all riders ride regularly and improve).
