It will be available at TRACK workout on wednesday July 2nd.  Those who pre-ordered can pick it up.  We also have extra items available that are not spoken for so make sure you get there and purchase your own.  It may make you faster.

Scheduled Workouts

Swim

Where: 

Transition Cycle Open Water Swim.  Mondays 5:30 - 7:00pm. (CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO CONDITION OF LAKE)

Bike

Where:

Saturday mornings: SW YMCA ride, 8:23am  (This is an unsupported ride)

Tuesday night: Lannon Park 6:00pm 

Thursday ladies night rides start 4/15/08, alternating weekly between Hansen Park and Lake Park.

Thursday night ride: 6:00pm, Wheel and Sprocket Northshore (formerly was on Tuesdays) 

Run

Where:

Wednesday 6:00 pm Track practices at Hart Park.
