SPRING HILL WORKOUTS

These hill workouts, designed to build up your running strength for the season, usually take place in April, from either  Hansen Park in Wauwatosa or Lake Park in Milwaukee.

Hansen Park: April 1st and April 8th
Lake Park: April 15th, 22nd, and 29th

TRACK WORKOUTS

May 6th, 6:00pm: We will be meeting in Hart Park, and do either a track workout or hill workout depending on the track availability. 

Beginning May 13th Track workouts start at 6pm on Wednesday nights.   Our very own speedster, Ted Shue, runs the track workout to get some giddy-up in your shoes.  For 2009 the track workouts will be at the Wisconsin Lutheran Track, located at 10200 W. Watertown Plank Road.

Pettit workouts start in the fall and end in the spring.  They leave at 6:00pm on Wednesday nights from the Pettit Ice Center lobby.   The center is right of Interstate 94, just off 81st St.  Get your shoes on for an out an back run ranging from 30-50 minutes.  Lots of members attend this workout and you will definitely find someone to run with.  People often get together for dinner and/or a drink afterwards. Please bring refflective clothes, reflectors, or lights.  It is dark out there.
