TriWisconsin has partnered with the Milwaukee Cycling Center to offer our members a great opportunity this winter and spring to workout and improve their cycling fitness.
Join in on getting more fit on the bike this winter all while having fun, with a few riding options for TRIWISCONSIN members only at one of Wisconsin’s premier cycling facilities, the Milwaukee Cycling Center (MCC) .
Ride Days and Times:
Thursdays: January 5th through April 20th (16 weeks)
7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
1 hour coached workout. This session will build on one another, starting the first week with 20 minute time trial to asses power zones then having each session building on one another.
