PRO is hosting a Yoga class for TriWisconsin members on Sunday, April 2nd led by Sandy from Udana Yoga and Wellness

Yoga can make runners faster, more flexible, and more injury resistant. Have you ever said, “I can’t do yoga” or, “I’m so inflexible”, or “I wish my hamstrings and IT band weren’t so tight”? If so, this class is for you!


  • Learn easy stretches you can incorporate into your training schedule pre and post-run
  • Improve your flexibility, especially in your hamstrings, IT band, psoas, and hips
  • Strengthen your core, a key to better running form
  • Shorten your recovery time after long runs
  • Develop better mental focus and clarity by connecting your breath to movement
