PRO is hosting a Yoga class for TriWisconsin members on Sunday, April 2nd led by Sandy from Udana Yoga and Wellness.
Yoga can make runners faster, more flexible, and more injury resistant. Have you ever said, “I can’t do yoga” or, “I’m so inflexible”, or “I wish my hamstrings and IT band weren’t so tight”? If so, this class is for you!
