Transition Interval Workout
Join Coach Lauren Jensen McGinnis of Tri Faster, as she leads you through one of the KEY workouts that has led her to over 150 triathlon wins and 4 National Titles. The Tri Faster Transition Interval workout will consist of repeated high intensity, fun bike/run intervals that include transition practice with your heart rate elevated.

Bring your bike, sunglasses, helmet, bike shoes and running gear. It is suggested that you bring the equipment you plan to use for your next race. A limited number of bike racks will be provided, please bring one if you happen to own one.
