- 1 mile warmup (easy pace)
- 10k pace for 3 minutes
- Increase pace :30/mile for 2 minutes
- Increase pace :30/mile for 1 minute
- Decrease pace :30/mile for 2 minutes
- 10k pace for 3 minutes
